Unfortunately, in these circumstances, there is nothing you can do. If you would like your portfolio returned to you, please insert a note in your application stating that you were unable to obtain United States postage but would like your portfolio returned. Be sure to tell us how we can reach you in the fall. We will contact you to make arrangements to return your portfolio in the fall when you are in the U.S.
